I provide Reiki treatments. Reiki is a powerful and gentle energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation and healing. Through the transfer of universal energy, Reiki helps restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, emotional healing, or simply a moment of peace, Reiki can help you feel more aligned and centered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each Reiki session is structured to offer the most effective and calming experience. Here’s what you can expect during a typical treatment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Briefing \u2013 We begin with a short discussion where I will explain the process, answer any questions, and focus on your goals for the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Reiki Treatment \u2013 During the session, I will channel healing energy through my hands, placing them lightly on or above your body. This helps clear blockages and balance the energy flow within you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Debriefing \u2013 After the treatment, we\u2019ll have a 5-10 minute debriefing where you can share how you felt during the session, and I will share any areas that drew my attention, which may need more focus or attention moving forward.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    I deliver most of my treatments in the comfort of your home, offering you a more relaxed and personal experience.; you can also book a treatment at my practice in Midleton (Market Green), if you prefer a more neutral environment. Whether it\u2019s a one-time session or a series of treatments, I will work with you to create a plan that addresses your goals and supports your journey to healing and balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Treatments can last either 30 minutes (\u20ac10+ donation, introduction) or 1 hour and 30 minutes (\u20ac60, full treatment).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Note: The donation-based offer ends on 5th July 2025. After this date, the standard rate applies to all clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You will remain fully clothed, and there are no prerequisites other than being open to Reiki. Each Reiki session is structured to offer the most effective and calming experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


    Reiki can be done in your usual environment: you\u2019re welcome to invite family members or friends to be present if it helps you feel more relaxed. There\u2019s no need to clear space or ask others to leave your home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sessions can be adjusted to suit your needs\u2014for example, you can remain seated for part or all of the treatment if lying down is uncomfortable or difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
